We guarantee that all products shipped from DSC WORLD SDN BHD will reach our customers in Good Condition. In case of a lost or damaged parcel, we will take full responsibility and compensate you with a new shipment or full refund!
Upon shipment, we will notify you with tracking numbers, If you do not receive your goods within 7 days upon shipment, or product received in faulty or damaged condition, kindly contact us at customer service at +603-6148 8122 during office hours (Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm) .
For items “In-Stock”, we ship out on the same day if order and payment are received before 2.00pm Malaysia time. Delivery by courier normally take 1-2 days depending on the delivery location. We will inform customer with courier tracking number once a product is shipped. Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 5 days after shipment advised. We are not responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from shipped date.
We reserve the rights to accept or reject the returning of a product.
Buyer must inform us at email@example.com or call our customer service at +603-6148 8122 during office hours (Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm) within 7 days of upon receipt of the product if return is desired. Buyer must get approval from us prior to returning a product.
For approved returning, the returned product must be in its original unopened condition. We will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the product back to us at his/her own cost. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost of the during the return shipping. Buyer must ship and return the product to us within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation.
For a faulty or defective product found within 7 days of receipt, we will absorb the return shipping cost. Customer must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product. For products older than 7 days, customer will have to ship the product to us for warranty claim at his / her own cost.
